The Genesis
Where the Mountain Spirit Finds Its Home
Long before the trails were paved and the peaks were named on tourist maps, a forester kept watch over the ancient woodlands beneath Černá hora. His house—a hájenka—stood as a sentinel between civilization and the wild heart of the Krkonoše.
Today, that very structure has been meticulously reconstructed, honoring the original roubená log architecture while embracing the precision of modern insulation and comfort. Every timber joint tells a story of craft passed down through generations.
This is not merely a property. It is a place where families gather around the fire, where children discover the same forests the old Krakonoš once walked, and where mornings begin with the silence only mountains can offer.

"Where the mountain spirit finds its home."
